How to Return an Item
To return an item, ensure it is in its original, unused condition unless there is a manufacturer defect. Returns must be initiated within 15 days of purchase.

Include Required Documents:
In the package, include:- A signed letter stating the reason for the return.
- The original receipt.
Return Exceptions
- Opened items may not be eligible for return.
- Used or altered merchandise cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened personal care products (e.g., shampoo, conditioner).
- Gift cards or promotional items.
Restocking Fee
- A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after receiving your return.
Exchanges
- Unopened items can be exchanged for a different product.
- Exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee.
- Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
- Product Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or choose another product of equal value.

Turnaround Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours (Monday - Friday, 10 AM - 5 PM).
Carriers
We use UPS to deliver all orders.
Order Tracking
Tracking numbers, if provided by the carrier, will be shared with you once your order is shipped.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your items and your location.
- Shipping fees will be displayed before completing your purchase at checkout.
Back Orders
- If an item is on back order, in-stock items will ship immediately.
- Back-ordered items will ship separately at no additional shipping cost.
Lost or Damaged Items
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos and a description of the issue.
- Lost Packages: We are not responsible for items lost during shipping. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
International Shipping
- International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
- Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs processing.
Expedited Shipping
- Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. Delivery times will depend on the carrier’s timeline.
Other Policies
Defective Products
- For defective products, we will provide a replacement or full refund without a restocking fee or additional shipping charges.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before shipment. Please email sales@inovaprofessional.com as soon as possible to request cancellation.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Promotions and Discounts
- Refunds for items purchased with discounts or promotions will reflect the amount paid after the discount was applied.
